Coopmanhuijs Boutique Hotel & Spa
Built in 1713, Coopmanhuijs Boutique Hotel & Spa was one of the first grand residences in the heart of historic Stellenbosch, and is now surrounded by the town’s many stylish shops, galleries and museums.
The beautifully restored Manor House has yellowwood and stinkwood doors, sash windows and yellowwood ceilings. The rooms in the Manor House and newly built rooms overlook a heated pool and a walled courtyard.
Our 16 non-smoking guest rooms are air-conditioned and feature extra-length king size or twin single beds and en-suite Victorian bathrooms with underfloor heating. Six guest rooms have their own private balconies. The courtyard encloses a tranquil swimming-pool and discreet health spa.
Guests can enjoy meals from the Provençal kitchen and dine at leisure with a glass of fine Cape wine in the courtyard or in the intimate Helena’s Restaurant.
