Having worked for George Soros Foundation, pursuing ideas of an open society in third world countries, Janna quit the corporate world in the year 2000 to try hand at a career in tourism. She started as Director of Sales at a small travel media company which, in time, grew into a big events organizing and marketing representation company. As it often happens, once you start working in tourism you can never leave.

Throughout her career she had the amazing opportunity to travel to many great destinations and crossed paths with the most fascinating people. Since 2011 she served as PR & Tourism Marketing Representative for Bal Harbour, Florida and since 2018 as PR Manager for Turismo de Portugal. Now she is delighted to utilize her sales and marketing skills at Southern Sky Adventures; the company of friends.
