Introducing Hannah Snyman, our Science Programs Coordinator and Social Media Manager. Hannah grew up in South Africa and developed a passion for wildlife and marine conservation from an early age. After completing her undergraduate degree in Zoology and her honours degree in Marine Biology, she has spent years working hands-on with sharks, African penguins, and other marine life, while also managing the social media for a shark conservation NPO.

Hannah’s experience in field research, wildlife education, and conservation outreach makes her an invaluable member of our team. Her work within the shark cage diving industry and volunteer programs across South Africa demonstrates her commitment to connecting people with nature in meaningful ways. Hannah plays a key role in creating and marketing educational and field-based programs that inspire the next generation of conservationists, combining scientific expertise with a genuine passion for protecting our planet’s biodiversity.
